Why was I called through to departures when my flight was delayed by 2 hours (due to an air traffic control dispute). I sat on the floor with hundreds of others travellers. We should have been allowed to remain on the check in side where we could get outside away from the crush.

Checking in although busy was very quick and efficient. The departure lounge was overcrowded and with poor facilities available.
