Our visit to Chambéry Airport was affected by the fact that there were significant improvements being made to the terminal building which will improve the experience in the future However, all the staff at the airport were efficient, helpful and friendly

Management of large number of flights as batch was good, but airport extension could improve situation. Security requirements seem to be in excess of other airports, e.g. camera equipment, chargers, etc, to be removed form bags.

It's a handy airport, and security is getting better but is it still a slow experience, as is passport control on the way in, especially when you are outside. A small cafe would be nice in departures where you can get a coffee or small snack.

Check in was easy and the guy on the desk was great! Small airport so easy to find where you need to be.
