Needs to be considerably more security scanner positions as the time to get through was way too long. It took almost an hour last flight. A bit more space and facilities in the departure area would also be welcome.

Location fantastic. Arrival needs improvement - more passport kiosks and baggage carrousels, Access very good. Departure: BA checkin - excellent, restaurant and bar very good,. Security - overly zealous. Airside departure facilities - poor (no cafe, bar), Duty Free-good. Relationship with BA good

Passing through went smoothly. Toilets were out of order, and the coffee from the snack bar was undrinkable.

There are not enough toilets. The snack bar coffee machines could be upgraded. Passing through went more smoothly than anticipated.

While the small airport size is nice, awareness of how long the security line will take would be helpful. Also, please install more amenities post-security and I suspect you'll not have to rush people through security so much.

Check in was quick & straightforward, staff really pleasant and courteous. airport rather small and not enough seats for busy ski flights.
