The staff were extremely helpful. This is a busy airport and if you happen to get one of the later coach transfers you can find yourself in a sea of people queuing with little organisation. This year we were lucky to be changed to an earlier flight, which meant we just missed the massive queues

Please could you install a water fountain for filling up water bottles after security. We were unable to refill our bottles.
The security checking was very well organised as was all the other services, we had a smooth passage onto our flight.
