Airport is quite small and has to accommodate a large number of passengers with a lot of luggage. There is a lack of seating and facilities so any wait is quite uncomfortable. I've been through this airport many times and have never managed to get a seat.

You have your issues with fog/mist but I love you and have been many times, and I am already coming back again in a few weeks and twice in 2021. I consider the Chambery Airport experience as part of the adventure.

Check in was fast, passing through security was a nightmare , long queues snakingas far back as the entrance doors .

Baggage check in was excellent, queue was very short. Security queue was very long and slow, very inefficient process having to move multiple plastic trays from one conveyer belt to another.
