Our plane was delayed 2 hours because the plane couldn't land at Chambery as there wasn't enough room. Then on departure there was not enough room for everyone. There was nowhere to sit & we had to stand outside for 2 hours. If it had been raining I dont know where we would have gone.

Great staff and really helpful but so small it’s just one long q. Would be better to get everyone through security so you can relax.
