Magasin facile d'accès utilisé pour une location de matériel de ski. Très bon accueil et efficacité pour le retour du matériel. Bon rapport qualité prix en louant sur le site internet. Moins convaincu par l'équipe qui était en charge lors de la prise du matériel : peu attentive aux besoins malgré le fait que nous étions seuls dans le magasin

Certainement un des meilleurs shop des Arcs, beau, bien entretenu, de beaux produits à des prix tout à fait raisonnable. Que dire de l'équipe si ce n'est qu'elle est à l'écoute du client, à la recherche de ses besoins afin de lui trouver le produit parfait. Ça a d'ailleurs été le cas lors de l'achat de ma planche de snowboard. Merci encore mille fois. Gardez tout ne changez rien !!

Nous avons loué notre matériel chez Freeride et il se trouve que toute l'équipe a été au top tant au niveau des conseils que dans le choix du matériel. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter l'année prochaine. Sandrine F.
