The boots I was given were too small and the bindings on my wife's skis weren't tightened properly so both needed returned to the store to be fixed. In addition, the shop was incredibly busy, but not very well staffed on the Monday morning.

Excellent service from Lisa and the team, would definitely recommend. Their knowledge and advice was invaluable and we had great skis from the gold package.
