Pas mal mais peut mieux faire particulièrement sur la réactivité à servir et/ou informer le client. Mise en attente parfois alors que deux vendeurs présents pour un seul client.
Bien pour obtenir renseignements et informations techniques avant l'achat...plus "réservé" après l'achat.
